Green Hearts Only is operated by VALTRENNE GROUP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains how the site collects and uses information.
Your Green Heart
You enter your name, the recipient’s name, and a personal message to create a card. These details are included in the share link and displayed to anyone who opens it. The contents are encoded in the link, not separately encrypted or protected by a password. Anyone with the link can read them, and the link cannot be revoked. HTTPS protects the connection to the site. It may remain in browser history or in messages where you share it. Avoid sensitive or confidential information.
Your email address is required to create a card or unlock the date guide. Cloudflare stores the information you submit for VALTRENNE GROUP LLC. Your email is never included in the card link. No automated email is sent.
Email registration
When you submit an email form, VALTRENNE GROUP LLC will receive your sender name, email address, marketing choice, submission time, and the version of the consent notice you saw. These will be used to manage your registration and preferences. The email registration submission is designed not to include the recipient’s name or your personal card message.
Entering an email address alone does not subscribe you to marketing. If you check the separate marketing box, you ask to receive Green Hearts Only updates, date ideas, and promotional offers. You can create a heart without selecting it.
Community requests
When you submit a community request, Cloudflare stores the category, general location, description, permission confirmation, notice version, and any optional name, email or phone you provide for VALTRENNE GROUP LLC. We use these details to consider community needs and, when contact details are provided, potentially follow up. Requests are not published by this form and do not subscribe you to marketing. Records remain in our Cloudflare account until deleted; you may request correction or deletion through the contact below. Do not submit children’s names, medical details, exact home addresses, or other people’s contact information.
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from all promotional emails here at any time, without logging in or paying. Successful form requests are recorded immediately. You can also email info@greenheartsonly.com to request removal. We honor email requests within 10 business days. Once marketing emails are enabled, each will include an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing will not prevent you from using the free experiences. We may retain a minimal opt out record to avoid sending further marketing after you unsubscribe.
Service providers and sharing
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request information to serve and secure the website. The site does not send data to an email marketing platform or advertising pixel. Cloudflare also processes form submissions on our behalf. The date signup records your email, optional marketing preference, source, submission time and consent notice version. Providers may process information needed to deliver those services. We do not sell your email address.
Browser storage and conversations
Browser session settings remember whether decorative motion is paused and whether you submitted the date guide signup. The latter is a convenience gate, not secure access control. Conversation questions run in your browser; the site does not request or record your spoken answers. Analytics events currently appear only in the local browser console, without email addresses or card messages.
Tracking choices
We do not use advertising pixels or track your activity across other websites for advertising. The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Service providers process technical information to deliver and secure this site; we do not authorize them to use form submissions for their own advertising.
Retention and your choices
Signup records are stored in our Cloudflare account until deleted. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact below. Rights may depend on where you live. Copies of a card already shared with others cannot be recalled through this site.
Worldwide counter and submission protection
We store a submission identifier and the number of cards created to prevent duplicate submissions and maintain the public worldwide total. The total does not reveal names or email addresses and does not confirm delivery. Cloudflare processes IP addresses to limit rapid repeated requests; our submission database does not store them.
Security and legally required notices
No internet service can guarantee complete security. We use access controlled storage for submissions and respond to security incidents, including notices where applicable law requires them. Wyoming formation does not limit privacy rights that may apply where you live.
