Using Green Hearts Only

Green Hearts Only is operated by VALTRENNE GROUP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating a Green Heart, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used.

Electronic agreement and keeping a copy

Selecting “Create their Green Heart” after the linked notice indicates your agreement to these Terms for that use of the service. You may save or print this page for your records. Marketing consent is requested separately. This agreement does not waive legally required notices or other rights.

Your messages

You are responsible for the names and messages you enter and for sharing them appropriately. You retain ownership of your original message and allow the site to render it in your card and display it to people who open its link. Do not use the service for harassment, threats, impersonation, unlawful content, or messages that violate someone else’s rights.

Sharing a card

Anyone with the share link can read the included names and message. Share only content you are comfortable sending. Creating a card does not automatically deliver it to another person: use the share button or send the link yourself. Delivery and availability are not guaranteed, and already-shared links cannot be recalled.

Emails and marketing

A sender email is required by the creator form. Marketing is a separate, optional choice; agreeing to these Terms is not marketing consent. Your email and marketing preference are saved through Netlify Forms. Automated emails are not enabled. When promotional emails are sent, they will include an unsubscribe option.

Free content

The date guide, basic digital hearts, and conversation experience are currently free for personal use. You may share your created hearts and links to the site. You may not resell the site’s designs, copy its full content for a competing service, or present its branding as your own.

Paid products and school support

No paid checkout or school-support fundraiser is currently active. Any future paid offer will state its price, included features, delivery terms, and refund terms before purchase. No purchase or contribution is currently represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Dates and conversations

Choose activities that suit your circumstances, budget, accessibility needs, and local rules. Either person can skip a question or stop an activity. Content is for entertainment and connection, not professional counseling.

Availability and changes

The service may change or be unavailable. We may restrict abusive use. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and consumer rights

Wyoming law governs these Terms, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory protections in your place of residence. Nothing here excludes nonwaivable consumer rights, remedies, or access to regulators. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Changes to these Terms

Revised Terms will carry an updated date. Material changes will be brought to your attention before they apply to a new transaction where required. Revisions do not retroactively change an already-completed purchase.
